Clean Eating
Clean Eating has helped me to see there is a whole new world with food I can eat and not get FAT!!! I love to eat!! EAting food that is good for my body and helps keep my moods consistant really is a great concept. Happy Clean Eating!!!

I have a picture of the first time Rian and Carter jumped off the end of the dock, do you remember that?! Look at them now, can you believe it?!
We miss going to the lake with you guys. There would be 10 kids between the 2 of us if we went together, now THAT would be fun!!
