I have been currently reading the latest magazine by oxygen and the newest magazine about clean eating called just that Clean Eating. I have found reading about the latest information gives me a lot of motivation to do my best and work that much harder to obtain my fitness goals and also to set new fitness goals throughout the month. My greatest motivations comes from within. We should all push ourselves a little harder or a little longer. I enjoy learning about new strategies to maintain a fit and trim body. I love to run, whether I am inside or outside makes no diffence to me. Yoga and a pilates help my body to feel lengthed and toned. I am currently reading the newest edition to the clean eating books by Tosca Reno she is an inspiration to many. The book is filled with great tools and information reguarding exercise and eating clean. With the new year upon us I am really trying to focus more on my body and eating right to help with my energy level and to maintain a balance in my life and the lives of those I feed daily. We are all striving to be fit and fabulous!! I love that we have so much information around us to help us along the way. May your new year be filled with clean eats too.

In our Sunday Best

We took these adorable pictures before church. I just could not let the moment pass by without snapping a few pics of the kids all clean, looking so fabulous in their church clothes. This is only once a week this happens. So I thought why not take advantage of this moment. We were late for church so we probably won't do this again for a long time. Plus next week we are starting 9 am church, we are all really excited.

Banks and the music

The older boys got Harmonicas for Christmas, Banks thinks they are great and is always finding one to blow on. He thinks the sound is amazing and really it seems he just cannot believe he is the one making all the noise!! We just love this little guy, he is growing up so fast. He is talking now, He cruises and around saying Ma, Ma, Ma, just for the reaction. He knows I will answer. He is walking all over the place trying to keep up with the others. He thinks nap time is optional which makes my life hard. He has a cute personality with 4 older siblings how could he not be the most adorable boy ever. We just love him to pieces.

Barrett's 5th Birthday

Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday Dear Barrett. Happy Birthday to you. Barrett is 5 years old now. It is hard to believe he is so old. He is a great little boy. A wonderful big brother with the younger siblings. He loves and adores Carter they are the best of friends. He throughly enjoys school and is doing well. He loves primary, especially his teacher, Aunt Courtney. Who could ask for a better teacher then your Auntie!! We love you Barrett and the fabulous person you are. Happy Birthday!!!

Christmas Morning

Santa came and he ate the butterfinger and milk we left for him. To make sure he made it in our house okay we left a special Santa Key on the front door and we guess the key worked well because he left some great stuff for everybody. We are all very happy at this house!! Merry Christmas!!

Christmas Eve Party

Christmas Eve would not be the same if the big man himself didn't show up for the party. This year was a little different....Santa actually had just been in Hawaii before he came to our house. And you will never guess what he was doing, of all things, he was surfing. Yes surfing. We had a great time at Aunti's house with all the cousins, great amazing food, the treaty treat treats, my weakness lately, Grandpa's lemon pie, and of course all the wonderful company. What a fantastic tradition we all share started by our fabulous Grandmother. It is so fun to know that we were all doing the same thing at the same time on Christmas Eve. Together or apart we all share the happiness and joy of family and the birth of our savior.

Our Barrett Annual Christmas Eve

Wow...Christmas has come so fast this year. There is so much to be grateful for. We have a beautiful healthy family. Five adorable kids, that we cannot decide if we could live without or not!!! The true gospel restored to the earth. And a Savior who gave his life for us. During this special Christmas season we are so thankful for all we are blessed with in our lives. So to celebrate the season we had our annual Christmas party at the big pink house in Gig Harbor and guess who came, the old man himself....Santa. The kids had a blast Lillian and Banks were not too sure about the guy, but once they realized he was giving them presents to open they thought twice. We had a great time today. The great food, the great company, the fun santa time. Making memories and being with family is what it is all about.

So here we are at Sun Peaks. We have had an amazing time with our family. The skiing has been absolutely amazing. The snow is prefect. We definately are not ready to come home. Carter and Ryan shocked us all when they were ready to ski with the "BIG KIDS" we cannot believe how good they have gotten. Barrett and Kennedy are still riding the magic carpet and needing a lot of help. We are sad to be leaving tomorrow but look forward to next year.

Hair Party December 2007

Making fun memories......Hair party December 2007 was a success. We had a fun time talking and laughing without the kids, adults only. Mom's hair turned out ok she really needs to put some dark n it but if she did that oh, my her Jessica Simpson wiggy wouldn't match. Heaven forbid. Courtney looks beauitful just a foil retouch for her she looks great. Rachel was not in need of a foil but thought she really was and her hair unfortunately has turned to MUSH. Guess she should have listen to the PROFESSIONALS!!!! And as for me...I am blonde and loving that. I hate my short hair but I am taking LOTS of biotin and it is working!!! Happy times for me but I look better blonde. BLONDES HAVE MORE FUN!! Thanks for the great night ladies.

Okay so here are some cute fun pics of the kids before school. I think they are so fun. We have so much fun together. They love school and LOVE riding the bus. When we miss the bus in the morning sometimes we have tears. So we really try to make the bus every morning. Plus if we get there on time I start my workout on time and we all know I CANNOT miss a run. I am a very crabby lady if that happens. I cannot function well until my run is in!!!!!

Getting ready for Christmas at our house is a treat. Christmas music playing kids chattering because they are so excited about all the ornaments and decorations. after decorating the tree we built and Gingerbread house. That was a bit hard for me to stand back and just let the kids decorate because I wanted it to be prefect but along with the tree they both look like kids decorated!!! Gotta love the kiddies!!! They make us so happy. Where would I be without my kids???

Halloween 2007

Here is what Halloween looked like at our house this year!!!! Better late then never. We had 2 Princesses, 2 Power Rangers, and 1 Stitch. We had a blast on total sugar overlaod. Halloween definately was not a clean night and few days after were pretty dirty too.

Okay still getting the hang of this. Kennedy's birthday post didn't work out so well. I am going to try again here I go.

I think I finally have this all figured out again. I know all my passwords and usernames so I will try to keep up with this blogging thing again. It has only taken me 4 months to realize I really truely do not remeber my old account info so welcome to our new blog!!
